Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, PIN code and contact number.
NEELVERO will not be responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address or incorrect contact information provided by the customer.

Where tracking information is available, it will be shared with the customer through the contact details provided at the time of order.
Customers may use the tracking information to check the status of their shipment.
7. Delayed or Failed Delivery
Although we work with our fulfilment and delivery partners to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
If a shipment is delayed or delivery is unsuccessful, we will make reasonable efforts to assist the customer and coordinate with the applicable delivery partner.
8. Refused Delivery
If a customer refuses to accept a dispatched order without a valid delivery-related reason, applicable shipping, return and handling charges may apply as per our Return & Refund Policy.
